Gloucester Hotel Kintex - Goyang

Thank you for a such wonderful stay. The hotel is ideal in general. The rooms are neat and comfy and they have climate control, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. A bathroom is equipped with bathtubs

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Goyang. The location was unbeatable, with a Hyundai Department Store on one side and Kintex on the other. I loved going for morning jogs on the nearby routes. The hotel had a 24-hour business center, a proper gym, and a must-visit rooftop bar called Oksang with amazing views and beautiful decor. Oh, and the robes were the fluffiest and most comfortable I've ever worn!

There was a minor inconvenience with the shower setup. It was a little awkward trying to shower without getting the whole floor wet, but it wasn't a big issue.

We loved the hotel's location that gave easy access to a nearby lake and jogging park. Rooms provide a balcony with sliding glass doors and a screen to ensure fresh air. the hotel's 24-hour business center and gym facilities are a plus.

While the hotel provides an open-ish shower in the bathroom, it makes showering awkward and results in a wet bathroom floor.

The location is great for couples looking for a romantic escape. There's a beautiful lake and park nearby, perfect for strolling hand in hand. The room had a balcony and sliding glass doors with a screen, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air. The convenience store in the lobby was a lifesaver for late-night snacks.

The shower situation was a disaster. The water got all over the floor, and the runoff didn't drain properly, leaving us standing in a puddle of water when we wanted to use the toilet.

location is great, with plenty of good jogging routes nearby; the 24hr convenience store on site was very handy; staff members were friendly and spoke excellent English.

I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were fluent in both Korean and English, making communication effortless. The rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a sense of relaxation and tranquility. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the plush robes provided, which were larger and fluffier than what I have experienced in other hotels. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to stay here again.

I had some issues with the room itself. the bed was in an awkward position between a glass divider and the window, which made it hard to get into.
